• If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and will refund the amount of your returned item(s). Sale items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Please send an email to customercare@medjugorjenow.com requesting a return authorization number. This is necessary to have your return processed.

Medjugorje Now offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our items! We know that each piece is special and has meaning. If your item breaks or is damaged, we will replace it. Please send an email to customercare@medjugorjenow.com along with a photo of your broken or damaged item, the place and date of purchase, and your mailing address. We will reply within 24-48 hours.
